Pakenham Thai Massage

What is Cupping Therapy?
Cupping therapy is a traditional healing technique where suction is created on the skin using specially designed cups. This process gently lifts the skin and superficial muscle layers, encouraging blood flow and relaxation. One of the key cupping therapy benefits is its ability to target tight muscles and restricted fascia without deep pressure.
cupping therapy, which means no incisions or blood are involved.
