We’d like to address a few recent comments regarding shellac chipping.

Shellac is designed to last approximately 2–3 weeks, although its durability can vary depending on your natural nails, daily activities, and lifestyle. While many of our clients enjoy long-lasting results, we understand that every person’s nails are different.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your shellac chips or peels prematurely, please contact us. We are happy to redo your shellac set free of charge or recommend an alternative service that may be better suited to your nails.

To further improve the durability of our shellac service, we will now be applying an additional strengthening gel layer to help provide extra protection and longer-lasting wear.

For our builder gel clients, if you notice any lifting, bubbling, or other issues, please let us know. We have identified the cause of the previous issue and have updated our application process. We will gladly fix any affected nails at no cost.

We truly stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to providing the best possible service. Thank you for your trust, patience, and continued support. We appreciate the opportunity to look after your nails and look forward to welcoming you back soon.
