The St Clair Comets Don Feltis Cup A Grade squad made recovery part of their game plan, spending the evening at Unwind to reset, recover and prepare for the weeks ahead.

From the heat of our traditional Finnish sauna to the cold plunges and time spent together as a team, it’s about more than recovery—it’s about building resilience, connection and consistency throughout the season.
