And just a reminder while you are running around, coordinating, emailing, messaging, pleasing your friends, family, basically spinning several plates whilst STILL working a full time job 🤯

Stop..and start scheduling in some self care things which allow you to reconnect with the idea that this event isn’t happening for other people..it’s happening for YOU.

Whether it’s just regularly locking the bathroom door and taking a bath, having a massage, a facial, you can even crazy dance to some ‘Lets get married’ by Jagged Edge 🙌

And despite all the planning and organising which have no doubt earned you a degree in event management..

It’s time to get excited about being one!
Don’t let all the logistics get you down!

Unfortunately I’m going to be out of action for a while…
All existing bookings will be honoured but I won’t be taking on any new bookings for some time until a clear future is determined.
In full transparency, my dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on Wednesday and my husband unfortunately had to be the one to communicate this to my dad and myself.
If I’m being honest I’m a bit of a walking zombie right now and any energy I have is dedicated to my dad and spending time with my family.
I just want to take this opportunity to thank my incredible husband, without him and his incredible support and translating medical information to all my family I don’t honestly think any of us would have been able to deal with this in any way whatsoever.
Thank you to all who have already sent kind messages, I will try to respond when I can but just know it means a lot.

If you know my dad, you know how much this hurts… but the same can be said for anyone’s dad.

Love you all, do me a favour this weekend, call your family, tell them you love them, spend time with them…you never know when that can be taken from you ❤️

1. Tapping the centre of the forehead just above the eyebrows lightly stops it..a facial nerve thing? 🤷🏻‍♀️
2. Cry down! Don’t lift your head up and allow the tears to stream down your face …cry standing, facing the floor, tears dripping to the floor!

From back in the OG days working makeup retail and maybe you need a moment from dealing with many a Karen! *retail makeup girls and guys can relate!*
You cry down, you don’t waste that gorgeous beat face on NOBODY and you get back out there! 😜👊🏻
