We are super excited to announce that we have a date for our very first Mother + Daughter ceremony you may have heard about!

If not read on for the goss-

We will be holding a 2 hour sensory experience in ceremony to honour the sacred bond between mother and daughter at the nest!

This event will be on the 9th of May 2021 at 11am - 1pm and if you are a mother or a daughter (13yrs+) we would love for you to join us for this special event.

All you need is a yoga mat and an open heart + mind.
The two hours will be a dance of bonding exercises, womb blessing, a guided meditation and a light lunch!

We only have 3 (coupled) spots available at $100 per couple as we want to keep it a small and intimate experience

Hey everyone!

It’s been a while since the opening of The Nest and I’ve been quietly recovering from a car accident and other health issues that may have required my energy- but as I am feeling more myself I thought it’s about time I show my face on here!

For those who don’t know, I am Liz and The Nest is my Mumma Valeska’s passion project that we have dreamt about since I was a little girl.

I’d like to take the opportunity to let you guys get to know me a little better! So here we go.
Most of you already know that I am also a Mumma, and have a background in hairdressing, shamanism, somatic sexology and embodiment work. I am also a student doula!
Body work and understanding our intrinsic connection between body,mind and soul has been keeping me busy learning for majority of my life as I have overcome severe disconnection, dysfunction and chronic illness.

I have been in the process of combining my different loves and talents to create juicy offerings to share with you all!

So far I am offering spaces for intuitive massage which is a hands on healing experience for the physical and energetic body.

I also create the beautiful eco friendly candles and oils you can find in shop !

I’ve you’ve visited us, you would have also seen an array or crystal Yoni eggs and dearmouring tools for female pelvic health and pleasure!

For those who have been interested I have been curating workshops that will begin to be held in may so keep your eyes peeled for the invitation!

I am also in the process of opening up a chair on our space to offer head massages, treatments and blowdrys however as I am still recovering spots for this will be limited until further notice at my body’s discretion.

I’ll be making a conscious effort to show up here more and share more about myself and what I love!

Its almost been a week since our grand opening!

This adventure so far feels like a dream come true to feel so supported by friends and family ❤
We want to thank all those who were able to come and celebrate and those who sent their love from afar for believing in us and trusting our hands to give the gift of coming back to the body through touch.
