BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE BOWLS MADE EASY.

HEALTHY POPSICLE RECIPE.

2 x Bananas
Oats
Almond milk
2 x scps arbonne vanilla protein

Blend until a thickish smooth consistency.

Pour into freezing container with spoons or sticks.

Freeze. Serve. Yum!

I would love to contribute and help with putting on a Beginner friendly vinyasa flow yoga class. Come join me and practice 60 minutes of fun, playful all level class.

No Bookings required, simply bring a yoga mat or towel to practice on.

This class is donation only and absolutely no judgements if its a hug i'm donated with or a big old smile or GRIN...... I totally understand some peoples circumstances are totally out of their control at the moment...

I'm absolutely loving being able to stay home with my little people and play, explore and have fun..

Building a family of orange Play-Doh snowmen... Having the flexibility of working around them and our current lifestyle has been an absolute blessing .

I wouldn't want to do life any other way and am so grateful to spend time with them, yet build an online business around them - for them....

My name is Heidi.... I'm a mum of 3 amazing cheeky Beautiful kids...👪

I'm a lover of coffee, beaches and a self confessed chocoholic! 🍫☕⛱️

I have a passion and desire to help people become the best versions of themselves; mentally, pyhiscally and emotionally. 🥰

I hate brussel sprouts.. but come on.. who as actually really does.. lol

I have a bachelor of interior architectural design and for 20 years have designed bars, cafes, restaurants and corporate office spaces...
