Fruit and enzyme-based formulas work differently to a manual scrub, instead of physically buffing the skin, they help support gentle exfoliation at a surface level, which is part of why they tend to feel soft rather than stripped.

The earlier treatments, like RF skin tightening and skin needling, work gradually with your skin's own collagen, so they're worth booking further out if you can.

IPL skin rejuvenation is a course of treatments too, best started a few weeks ahead rather than last minute.

Closer to the date, an enzyme facial or hydro jelly mask is an easy add to your regular facial, and LED light therapy or a hydrating facial are treatments people often book right up until the event itself.
