This is pretty damn good looking month in promotions I must admit.

I turn to this little box in the pretty little corner in my home for support whenever it's needed.

What's on my man's bedside table?

These are items that my hubby uses at night time to support him with restful sleep.

✿Easy Air Lozenges.
These help with opening the airways which helps with the snoring. He chews on one of these before going to sleep and it really helps!

✿Easy Air Vapour Stick.
This is a good one to rub on your chest or on the tip of your nose to support clear breathing too!

✿Ice Blue Athletic Rub.
This is like a deep heat, but with much cleaner ingredients to support the body more effectively.

My hubby has a manual job that involves heavy lifting and he is always sore in his back and arms.

I use the coconut milk moisturiser all the time and it leaves my skin silky smooth all the time.

But I’ve never tried the face mask, so I guess a bath is in the cards tonight!

This oil is a blend of Grapefruit | Lemon | Cinnamon Bark | Peppermint | Ginger |

When combined, they play a huge effect on our metabolism and blood circulation in our body. They help with digestion and fight sugar cravings and to help to avoid over eating.

They also work together to detox the harmful toxins from our body which the toxins are the reason our bodies store fat, so this oil aids with weight loss.

I use this oil in my water bottle throughout the day by adding 3 - 4 drops into my glass water bottle and drinking.

My husband likes to put 2 drops into his coffee.

We have both recently tried adding 5 - 6 drops to an empty veggie capsule and taking internally.

You can also diffuse this oil into the air whilst working out or studying to help you focus.

You can mix this oil with coconut oil and massage onto cellulite to help get rid of toxins and slowly get rid of cellulite over time.
