So what can be consumed after cosmetic teeth whitening treatment?

🧡 Bananas and peeled apple

🧡 Pasta and white sauce

🧡 Chicken, skinless is our recommendation

🧡 Rice

🧡 Fish

🧡 Cheese and crackers

🧡 White wine (SBS is our recommendation with this one)

🧡 Bread

You could have a nice bagel with cream cheese for lunch, a jacket spud with grated cheese, salad cream and a side of cauliflower for dinner and an egg white omelette for brekkie all washed down with some h2o!

It is however highly recommended to get through the first 24 hours without coffee, chocolate and red wine! Just think, if it could stain your clothes it can stain your teeth.
