You don’t need a complicated and extensive healthy hair routine, you just need to make a little effort and find the small changes that will work for you.

Start with one or two of these...
✅Use a heat protectant every single time before hot tools
✅Do a weekly mask while you shower
✅Detangle gently from the ends up, never root to tip
✅Take your daily vitamins
✅Minimise tying up your hair (especially with tight elastics)
✅ Never Tie up wet hair
✅Don’t sleep with your hair tied up

Just be consistent.
Your hair will thank you and so will I😉
