Today all those who love post pictures of rain sending it out to the eastern states of Australia to those that are in great need.
Close your eyes picture it there.
Picture the celebration of people feeling elated, grateful and relieved. Really see it clearly and feel it.

The last of the charity meditations for the year. This has been an in credible experience. One I’ll continue next year. We have given to many charities this year. The last one; drought relief for our farmers.
I could not have done it without the dedicated people who came rain, hail or shine.

Whole Happiness
Today I’ve been inspired to send out some of what I’ve been writing. If you’d like to keep reading, I embrace any feedback with open arms, ears and eyes.

Disappointment into Action.

When feeling low, thoughts magnify, and we tend to look with scrutiny at what is going ‘wrong in our lives’. This exercise helps to ignite the power of magnified thinking into Whole Happiness. Let’s do it!

See a screen. It has two points at the top that represent eyes. These eyes see all. Place yourself in front of the screen. If there is an event or someone playing your mind place your thoughts on that. If not just ask to see what you need to?
What do you see? Take some time to breathe and allow whatever comes forward. If you don’t see that’s ok feel.
It’s important to allow the first screen to form without changing it with your mind. After you’ve established it take a quick mental picture in your head or draw it on a piece of paper.
Then click, like a slide show, to your next scene again take a mental picture and move on. Click through all your scenes until you’re done. When you have finished placed all the slides in a tray of printing solution. Watch as the colour comes forward.
Imagine your end goal. All slides combining to come to one conclusion.
Family together and smiling. Happy by yourself, grinning at he sun. Your child fulfilling their dream. Whatever you would like to have as your end result.
Then take out your picture.
Create a great bubble of Light around this with “Restore your Faith” written on it. Take a screen shot in your head and place it there. Next email it to your heart chakra.
Email this image from your heart chakra to your solar plexus (your place of will), from your solar plexus to your base, then into the earth to be planted as a seed.
Feel how good this feels!
The message is reflected in the chakras as well as resting in the earth.
Where in the body do you feel it?
Hips, back of the heart chakra? Chest, lungs?
Let the changes float until they rest and venture on with your day with this planted in you.
Materialising dreams is what is all about!

Sections of our life fade and some are quite generously recalled to us on a daily basis, to help health and balance return to rest in the heart. There is great solace when we return to the heart and imagine it as big as the sun.
This far outweighs the power of the mind play and replay. It warms us, teaches us we are the ever expanding universe, and creates a buffer of strength between us and whatever we need courage for...
Love your life, it’s the only one we have.
Breathe into the heart as the sun and feel it’s radiance. Align your heart’s truth with the universe in this way and watch what happens.

My suggestion for this week!
Do some earth healing and be rewarded with what comes in return x
