Well…. Stacee Marie Brows & Work of Arch 🫶🏼
What a ride, especially this last year! I’ve been sick too many times to count, had a quieter than usual winter period with bookings, and decided it was a perfect time to squeeze a full time tafe course that’s going to send me to a menty-b right at the busiest time of the year 🙈 this year is NOT what I expected, it was hard. But it has taught me to slow down (minus a tafe course lol) and for once it’s okay to not be fully booked with 10 hour days everyday. As hard as it was, lots of tears, I’ve finally accepted my body and my brain needs more down time.

Always thankful for my friends, family and husband for getting me through the rough patches. I don’t show up often on socials as it’s something I just don’t enjoy. But the biggest thank you goes to all my beautiful clients who are now my friends, for always trusting me, booking with me and showing up to their appointments (even without a valid insta page 🫠) and for sharing SO many laughs, tears, stories, and milestones together ❤️

So for my amazing friends, I would love to give back to one, or a few of you. Please share your FAVOURITE memory of your brows appointments in the comments. This name will be familiar to a lot of you, having launched my training business under Work of Arch in 2020. It only felt relevant to rebrand under this more fitting avenue with the introduction of new treatments in 2024.

It’s still me, still Stacee, still in my home salon, and still giving you my all just under a refreshing new name and look. I can’t wait for the year to come with you all, and making your brows a Work of Arch™️ 🖤

The two most recently asked questions from my own clients as well as those seeking a new artist are:
1: Am I due for my yearly touch up?
2: Can you tattoo over my existing brow tattoo?

The answer for both heavily depends on the level of saturation of your remaining pigment - everyone is different so there is no written time line for when you must have your brows touched up!

For example, a client with oily skin that work in the sun will need their brows touched up much more frequently than an office worker with normal to dry skin.

In addition to the above, clients that have an existing tattoo from another artist will often require more work (correction of shape as well as colour). This is sometimes possible, but often not - so a consultation is always required and will be treated as a new client rather than a touch up.

If your brows are a full cup and you in need of a colour correction, or you just don’t want your existing tattoo anymore, cosmetic tattoo removal may be the answer for you 🙈
