Meet the Founder of Solas Retreats.
is passionate about empowering people at all stages of life to thrive.

Her transformational retreats - born from her love of health and wellbeing and a 20 year professional career in health coaching and fitness, provide a holistic and immersive life-changing experience.

As a fully qualified personal trainer, NLP Master Coach and NLP Trainer, Sharon deeply understands human behaviour and the mindset shift required to getting healthier and living better.

Sharon believes that our health and wellbeing is linked to our relationship to self, and the way we see our world around us.

On retreat she guides you in better understanding yourself, and the importance of self-leadership and owning your decisions to reduce stress, boost emotional fulfilment, improve physical performance and enjoy better quality of relationships.

Sharon not only cares about people, with a BSc in Sustainable Development she cares deeply about the environment, and blends nature into Solas Retreat experiences at every step.
