✨ HOODGLAM BOOKING POLICY ✨

Please take a moment to read through our booking policies before securing your appointment. These policies are in place to protect your appointment time, keep bookings running smoothly, and ensure every client receives the best possible service. 🤍

💰 $50 DEPOSIT
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and time slot. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, as they cover potential cancellation fees and the time reserved specifically for you. Your deposit will only be refunded if HoodGlam makes an error with your booking or we need to change your appointment time.

⏰ LATE ARRIVALS
• 15 minutes late = $30 late fee
• 30 minutes late = additional $50 late fee
If you arrive 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted to a more simple makeup look, as appointments are often booked back-to-back.

🏠 EARLY ARRIVALS
If you arrive early, please wait at the front of house until your exact appointment time. This allows us to finish with the previous client and prepare properly for you.

📸 MAKEUP INSPO
Please send through your makeup inspiration before booking so we can ensure the requested look is suitable for your appointment and service.

❌ SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee, which must be paid before any future HoodGlam bookings can be made.
