The doors to the beautiful studio I work at in Port Melbourne are still open.
All of the amazing instructors are working extra hard, along with our clients, to ensure that the studio & equipment are spotless & safe for you to have your workout in.
At K-Kore we don’t share equipment during the workout, our class size is capped at 10 people & there’s plenty of room between you & your neighbour’s megaformer!!
I suggest to my clients to wash/sanitise hands pre & post workout and please stay at home if you, or someone close to you, is not well.
Keeping active is so important for your wellbeing at this time. See you on the megas soon.

Be sure to surround yourself with people who see the light in the world.
The start to 2020 has seen devastating fires continue to rip through Australia’s eastern states; heartbreaking, tragic stories have filled our news & social media feeds.
For every story of devastation, there have been 10 fold stories of hope, mateship, generosity and love. You choose where your focus in life goes. Look for the helpers & draw your strength from them because we’ve got to be in this for the long haul.

Just chilling with a few of my recovery buddies! have been a dream at relieving muscle aches and Protein Boost added to my smoothies to help build strong lean muscle.
has been THE best way to restart my fitness regime after several months off due to a neck injury. After 7 classes in 7 days I’m totally addicted to Lagree; high intensity (muscle shakes & calorie burn plus!) yet super low impact. I can see why Meghan Markle loves Lagree too!

No turning back now!! I’m paid up and ready to smash out some health & fitness goals as I prepare for my 40th birthday on Saturday! Being healthy & fit is something we should never take for granted and I’m feeling really grateful that I have the opportunity to work on improving my strength & health. A birthday gift to me from me!
Wow!! This video just blew my socks off (and made me bawl 😭) so many of us look outside ourselves for validation, love & acceptance when all we need is right inside of us.
