We really didn’t want to have to introduce this, but unfortunately it has become necessary.

We have a booking policy in place for a reason. When booking online, clients accept our terms & conditions, including our cancellation and no-show policy.

We are experiencing an increasing number of no-shows and late cancellations where, when we attempt to process the agreed fee, there are insufficient funds on the card provided.

We are a small business. A missed appointment is time we have set aside, staff we have rostered and an appointment we often cannot refill at the last minute.

To protect our business and our team, we will be moving towards full payment upfront when booking, from October 1.
