It’s the energy of the kidneys�the home of our essence�our reserves�our nervous system’s capacity to feel held.
When Water is balanced�we feel safe in our body�we trust ourselves�we move with life instead of bracing against it
But
when it’s imbalanced�fear takes over�we grip�we control�we disconnect from the body because it no longer feels like a safe place to land
Being able to gently guide the body back home , to a place where safety is felt again is a beautiful process to witness
where you can soften�where you can trust�where you can come home to yourself
