Helix Remedial

All sorted and ready to roll!

See you at 2 Benjamin Way 🤩

Peeeeep! It’s coming together 👀

Can’t wait to see you all in the new space ☺️

What's your go to at home tool? Are you a foam roller? a spikey baller? or a trigger point poker? 😆

They all work a little differently and yield different results. Not sure what to try or how to use them? Just reach out.

My favourites are a lacrosse ball, and the foam roller 🤪🥲

Big News! Helix Remedial is moving!! 👀

But don't stress, the beautiful treatment space, lolly jars and legos aren't going far! We're moving across the road to share the clinic with Seabreeze Physiotherapy at 3/2 Benjamin Way, from 5 October 🌊🐚😃

Updates will be circulated closer to the move. Can't wait to share the new space with everyone! 🎉

Cups of all different sizes; to treat all different areas.

Lately these guys have helped relieve some lower back pain, restriction and discomfort associated with bursitis, plantar foot pain, tension in elbows and calves.

Have you given cupping a go? curious?

Have been busy in and out of the clinic this year; and there’s still more to come 🤩

What have you been up to? What goals have you still got to tick off? 😊

Still here, providing lots of treatments, just forgetting to post about it 🤪🤣

Hard to believe how fast the year has flown by! As always appreciate being able to do what I do, and helping to keep you all moving well ☺️

If it’s been a hot minute since your last treatment jump on the booking link, and I’ll see you in the clinic!

2025; What a ride!

Thank you for supporting my little business, thank you for keeping the dream alive!

Thank you for booking in, trusting me to look after your loved ones, sharing and liking my attempts at social media interactions 😆

Thank you for including my services in your budgets, especially when budgets get tight, thank you for seeing the value in my work 🥹

Thank you for keeping me going, I genuinely love what I do, and it’s a privilege to be able to enjoy my work everyday 🫶

Wondering when the clinic will be open over the holidays? 🎄here you go! Jump online to make a booking if you need ☺️

Currently the run in to the holidays is very busy, but as always if you’re looking for an appointment send a message and you can be added to a waitlist 😊

January will be a shift from the usual hours, with school holidays, but the same number of appointments are being made available; hopefully we can find a time that works!

Happy holidays! 🎉

Feeling fresh and back in the clinic!

Looking forward to getting back into it!
Don’t have an appointment? No stress, check out availability online, link in bio ☺️
