Mmmmm finally got back in the ocean again
First winter swim. It was absolutely Devine and soooo needed💞💞💞
Hello lovelies sorry it's been a fare while you've not seen our heard from me.
I've been in the darkness and my shadows and taken back by my old conditioning and I let others negativity get the better of me
I lost control and I lost my light and my voice
I've been in heavy hurtful fights
I accidentally burnt a part of my body.
These all made me stop and take a moment to reflect to witness myself and what I can handle
I found humble pie
I found understanding amongst the confusion and frustration and heart ache.
Emotions were explosive and ever flowing
It was needed and its part of the journey
it's part of being in a human existence
I'm greatful that I went so deep into the depths of all of it
As it created awareness and gratitude that had not been and was hidden
knowing that your not alot and that support is always available and there for you! Is such a blessing too
Unconditional love from those who I didn't expect it from💞💞💞
Today I found to connection again

Hello beautiful so I've had alot going on lately which has made me want to retreat into my hole and hide!
I've also has lack of self belief and motivation to keep moving and activating my dreams and visions and my purpose and missions
This happened one morning a few weeks ago and I had a rush of emotion and tears after these happenings with spirit
