On Friday night, I took part in the UMatter Awareness walk, 12 hours, 8pm to 8am to support mental health and su***de awareness.

I started unsure of how far I’d go, but ended up completing the entire journey. Despite my watch going flat (no proof of the kms) it was roughly 48–50km all up for me, the most I have ever walked in my life
Watching the sunrise was such a euphoric feeling

So much respect to everyone who showed up, did their best, and pushed through the night 🫶🏼
Being one of the 31 who completed the night feels pretty special🙏🏼

This experience was a powerful reminder that mental health affects more of us than we realise, myself included. Even with a beautiful life, there can still be challenges

Thinking of those who are currently struggling and those who have lost someone, I am always here to talk

Last month this lovely new client came in for her very first lash lift & brow sculpt, she had been plucking her brows herself and they had lost a little shape. She wanted a sharper, tidier brow so we worked on correcting her brow shape and colour, while setting a plan to grow back the arch and tails.

I recommended a maintenance appointment 3–4 weeks later & just look at the difference 😍

My lovely client was originally booked in for a lash lift & brow lamination combo, but since her brows were still holding up beautifully from her last lami 6 weeks ago, we switched things up and instead we did a brow wax & tint with a nourishing treatment & focused on lifting those lashes & giving the brows a few more weeks before laminating again 🫶🏼
