Christmas time is here !! 🎄

A little reminder for everyone of my cancellation policy if you could take the time to read for me please I’d appreciate it to avoid confusion.
It has been this way now for 3 years.

Rescheduling appointments is more then fine but please note that during this time of the year I cannot guarantee you’ll get another app as I am fully booked now.
I only ask that you could please give me 24hours notice and not wait until I’ve confirmed your apt to reschedule.
Yes I do understand if people are un expectedly unwell or something else has occurred.

(Try to remember this is also my time, hours and pay that I can potentially miss out on)

Cancellations and no shows without 24 hours notice will be paying for there full services, if service is not paid for you will not be coming back.
Getting nails done may not be life or death but it is my only income.

Please be on time for your appointments even if I am running 5 minutes behind, I will do my best to stay on time. The salon is going to be packed so please wait on the bench outside or stay in your car until your appointment time 🙏
