☁️ What is your role at Serene?
I’m both a Massage Therapist and Beauty Therapist, providing a range of massage therapies and professional facial treatments. My goal is to ensure every client enjoys a personalised experience and leaves feeling relaxed, refreshed, and cared for.

🌿 What inspired you to join the spa industry?
I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel their best—both physically and mentally. Seeing the positive impact a treatment can have on someone’s wellbeing inspired me to pursue a career in the spa industry over 13 years ago.

The supportive team, the beautiful atmosphere, and being able to help clients unwind, recharge, and leave with a smile. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of someone’s self-care journey.
