Today is international  .please know that it's OK to take time for selfcare. You can't be the best partner, parent, colleague etc you can be, If you're not the best version of you. It's taken me many years to learn this. It's something I was struggle with everyday.

Youth make up only 20% of Australia's whole population, but make up 25% of our homeless population. That's a stat from Salvation Army which I heard on the radio today.
