Meet Amber (those of you who haven’t already!)

After 13 years of sitting in Taylor’s chair, Amber decided it was time to swap sides and join the Trove team herself.
Officially starting her apprenticeship in January, Amber had already been part of the salon family for months before taking the plunge into hairdressing full-time - and we’re so glad she did.

As a long-time client turned apprentice, she knows firsthand that great hair is about more than just the appointment itself. She’s passionate about helping clients understand the importance of the right haircare, maintaining healthy hair, and getting the most out of their salon experience.

Her favourite service? A Keratin Smoothing Treatment 💁🏻‍♀️

Next on her hair journey? Extensions. After trying a few methods herself and falling in love with wefts, she’s counting down the days until she’s qualified to offer them to her own clients.

Around the salon, Amber is known as the “mum” of Trove - calm, caring, supportive, and always looking out for everyone. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel comfortable the second you sit in her chair 🧡

We’ll take the 5 hour appointment any day of the week because we absolutely refuse to deal with any of the others 🤣
