We cheered on 16,500 🤯 runners at the Sunshine Coast Marathon Festival and you could see a simple clap, cheer or "come on" gives a smile and boost.
For spectators, they took part in our 'Can you reach your bak challenge?' If they could, well done, if not... We had something for them to try 😉
