27 years of thinking about one area of her body.

Our client joined our Menopause Body Reset with one very specific concern: the lower abdominal “shelf” she’d had since her C-sections 27 and 18 years ago.

Her goal wasn’t weight loss.

She wanted to feel firmer through her abdomen, improve her shape and, most importantly, feel less conscious of an area that had bothered her for years.

At the end of her program:
Waist: 75 cm → 71 cm
Umbilicus: 85 cm → 80.5 cm
Lower abdomen: 98 cm → 93 cm

And her weight? Essentially unchanged.

But our favourite result wasn’t a number.

She told us she can now wear low-waisted jeans without stressing about her stomach. She feels less conscious, less paranoid about the area and simply better in herself.
