🌿 Excited to announce 🌿

As some of you may know I'm a qualified hypnotherapist and psychotherapist. A colleague has created a hub to offer therapeutic services to those who through personal circumstance are unable to pay full price.

The hub works on a pay as you feel you can basis, it is a beautiful initiative and I look forward to being of service and supporting the hub in whatever capacity I can.

If you or someone you know needs services such as hypnotherapy, counselling, EFT, nutritional advice I'll be sharing the contact details soon.

I see this as an opportunity to help others who may be going through their own personal challenges and to help them make the positive changes to release whatever obstacles are holding them back in life.

All the therapist involved in this initiative are specialising in areas that they personally have experience in, connection, repoire and trust is so important to develop for healing to happen 💕

If you don't like what you see on the outside we have no hesitation is changing it right ⁉️
If we don't like what we see on the inside, well we tend to change the outside again 😟

It's what's inside that determines who you are and how you behave, when you unwrap that present love what you see💓💓💓

I can't speak for you but for me personally over the last 6 weeks change has come thick and fast 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
Less working hours spent physically in an office and in front of people meant I had to move with the changes or be thrown into a storm of panic and anxiety 😟
So....Out of all of this came insight...insight into how I want my life to look after this is all over and we get "back to normal" and let's face it THERE IS NO NORMAL RIGHT ⁉️

Would I have discovered these insights without the change, probally not ❌
Am I loving how I've been forced to change and grow YAASSS ✔
I can see a future that has possibilities and potential and I'm truly grateful for the forced change that was and still is scaring the pants of me, figuratively speaking 😂
