10KM A DAY FOR 10 DAYS 🚀 TOTAL 100KM
From October 20th–29th, I’ll be stepping into — running 10 km every day to raise awareness and support for homelessness in Australia.
As someone who runs a wellness business centered on movement, mindfulness, and soulful service, I believe in small, daily acts of courage. This challenge invites me to lean into discomfort, expand my edges, and hold space for a cause that matters deeply.
My goal is to raise $1,000. Running 100 km while juggling the demands of business, life, and heart will be a challenge but I’m here for the growth that lives in the discomfort.
Every donation, no matter the size, holds meaning and will go directly toward helping people experiencing homelessness. 🙏

You don’t have a motivation problem.
You have a nervous system that’s tired of living in overdrive.
When your body stays in a stress response, focus and clarity disappear.
You end up second-guessing yourself, feeling flat, or pushing harder just to keep up.
It’s not that you’re not capable. Your body just doesn’t feel safe to expand.
That’s where breathwork comes in. It teaches your body how to feel calm under pressure so you can move, think, and lead from a place of clarity.
When you breathe with intention, you send a simple message to your body: it’s safe now.
From that place, everything changes.
You make decisions faster.
You recover quicker.
You stop running on stress and start operating from flow.
Breathe to perform better.
Breathe to stay steady.
Breathe to lead yourself well.
If you’re ready to experience what that feels like, start with one of my guided sessions. Link’s in bio.

What if the antidote to anxiety is already within you? 💛
A 2025 study in Scientific Reports found that practicing slow breathing (around 6 breaths per minute) significantly reduced anxiety. It also increased alpha brainwaves (linked to calm) and decreased beta activity (linked to stress) — showing how your breath can shift your nervous system into balance.
Try this simple ratio now:
🌬 Inhale 4 → Pause 2 → Exhale 6 (x3 rounds)
Notice your body soften, your heart rate settle, your mind clear.
The antidote isn’t out there — it’s already within you.

You’ve learned how to carry it all.
The deadlines. The pressure. The constant mental tabs open, juggling work, life, expectations.
You show up. You hold it together. You get it done.
But lately, your body’s whispering what your brain keeps ignoring.
The tight chest.
The shallow breath.
The neck and shoulder pain.
You’re running on nervous energy, not true power.
This is not about doing less.
It’s about coming back to your centre, so your energy works for you, not against you.
The 7-Day Reset is your invitation to recalibrate.
Just 5 minutes a day of science-backed breathwork to shift you out of overdrive
and back into a grounded, focused, powerful version of yourself.
No fluff. No overwhelm. Just a nervous system that finally exhales.
And a you that feels calm, clear, and in control again.
You don’t need to push harder.
You need to pause smarter.
✨ Comment RESET and I’ll send you the details.

Is your brain always on? Planning, analysing, second-guessing?
Feeling exhausted before you even begin?
Overthinking isn’t just mental effort.
It’s physical. It’s emotional.
It keeps your body braced, your breath shallow and your energy scattered.
But here’s the thing: you don’t need to think your way out of it.
You can breathe your way back to clarity.
Breathwork isn’t just a wellness trend - it’s a tool that high performers, creatives and everyday overthinkers (hi 👋🏼) are using to stop spiralling and start showing up with presence.
Because when you’re nervous system feels safe, you stop procrastinating and start moving.
If you’ve been stuck in your head lately, try this:
- inhale for 4
- exhale for 6
- repeats for 2 mins
Simple. Powerful. Regulating.
This is how you shift from scattered to steady. From frozen to focused.
You don’t need to be more disciplined.
You just need to reconnect with your breath.
🌀save this for next time you catch yourself in a mental loop

Before you scroll (again)… try this instead. 👇🏻
You tell yourself you’re just checking something quickly.
But if you’re honest… you’re looking for a pause.
A breath. A break.
A tiny moment where things feel a little quieter, where you’re not on for everyone else.
And hey, I get it.
You get things done. You show up. You carry a lot.
But underneath that, there’s a nervous system that might just be saying, “Can we please slow down for a second?”
Here’s the thing:
Scrolling distracts you, but it doesn’t actually help you feel better.
What your body is really asking for isn’t stimulation, it is asking for safety.
✨ Try this instead:
→ Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
→ Exhale slowly for 6 seconds
→ Repeat for one minute
Let your breath be the pause you’re reaching for.
Because calm isn’t something we earn by doing more.
It’s something we practice remembering — with small, gentle moments like this.
If you’re someone who’s always doing, always holding it all together, and just wants to feel a little more like yourself again… stay close.
There’s something beautiful coming for you. A breathwork offering made for busy minds and big hearts.

Hey High Achievers 👋🏼
You’re building a bold life. Absolutely killing it.
But no one taught you how to stay regulated while you rise.
You show up. You deliver. You push through.
But under the polished mask?
Your mind is busy, chest is tight.
You’re always “on” but rarely in your body.
You’ve done the journaling. The mindset work. The leadership trainings.
But the thing that’s missing?
A nervous system that feels safe to slow down, speak up and be fully seen.
The truth is:
You don’t need another system.
You need regulation.
You don’t need to hustle harder.
You need to feel steady inside the storm.
Breathwork is how I found that steadiness.
Not by softening my ambition - but by meeting it with nervous system strength.
This space is for the woman who has always led with her mind - but is finally ready to lead from her body.
From clarity. From calm. From wholeness.
You’re not here to play small.
You’re here to lead, speak and show up like it’s safe to be fully you.
🫁 Welcome to the shift.

This is your reminder that even the people who teach Breathwork sometimes wake up feeling frazzled 😣
This morning I rolled out my mat feeling tense and foggy.
Two weeks of rain and 2 active kiddos at home will do that to you 😅
So I laid down, closed my eyes, and did the simplest thing I know:
🫁 a few slow breaths.
In for 4. Hold for 4. Out for 6.
Three rounds.
Not perfect, not profound. Just present.
And this photo? Snapped after. Nothing fancy, just me feeling a little more like myself again.
If your nervous system has been feeling a little off lately, I promise you don’t need a full routine to reset. You just need a moment.
Take a breath. Try it for yourself.
Let me know how you go below 👇🏻

If you panic under pressure, read this 👇🏻
Most people crumble under pressure.
Their breath speeds up.
Their heart races.
Their mind spirals.
And in that moment, they lose control.
But high performers? They do something different.
💡 They train their nervous system to stay calm, no matter what.
Here’s how you can do the same:
Before your next big meeting, tough conversation or tricky decision - try this:
✔️ inhale through your nose for 5 seconds
✔️ pause for 2 seconds
✔️ exhale through your mouth for 7 seconds
✔️ repeat 3 times
this slows down your heart rate, clears your mind and keeps you in control.
📌 Save this for the moments that matter
