If I could go back and tell myself one thing over the years, it would be this: slow down.

When I think about WHY I started my business, it wasn’t to compete. It wasn’t to compare myself to everyone else. It was to have freedom. Time. Space.

It’s so easy to get caught up watching what everyone else is doing that you forget why you started in the first place.

I started this to make women feel their absolute best. To have a laugh with them. To pull up a chair, get to know them and create real connections.

Not just a gram post. Not a brag tag. Not constantly trying to prove how busy, successful or booked out we are.

So as I sit here scrolling, looking at what everyone else is doing, I can genuinely say I’m damn happy with what we’ve created and where we are.

We have a space that feels like home. A team that feels like family. Clients who have become friends. And somewhere along the way, I realised that was the success I was chasing all along.

So for anyone else feeling caught up in the pressure of the gram…
