At the start of 2025, I felt excited…
and really nervous.💕✨

Excited for what might be ahead, but deeply aware that massive changes were coming. The kind that quietly shake your foundations and ask more of you than you expect.

This year challenged me in ways I didn’t fully anticipate.

An ADHD diagnosis, navigating perimenopause, lack of sleep, and years of unanswered feelings suddenly made sense.
All while managing how deeply I struggle with change, and learning to let go as Sienna left home.
It’s been a season of enormous personal, emotional, and physical adjustment.

What changed in me was my ability to keep moving forward, even while carrying grief, loss and huge financial and emotional shifts.

I also made some big, poignant decisions this year:
🌟 start a new business
🌟 trust myself again
🌟 say yes to things that make your heart sing
🌟 focus intentionally on the future I’m building for myself and my family.

Not from a place of rushing ahead but from choosing to keep going.

What surprised me most was my own strength. 🙌🏻

Even though this has been one of the hardest years I’ve ever experienced emotionally, I didn’t fall back into old habits or old coping mechanisms.
I leaned into what I’ve learned, stayed present, and weathered the storm internally and often on my own.
And honestly… I’m really proud of myself. 💕🙌🏻🎉

As I move into 2026, I want to acknowledge the love and support around me, my amazing Dad and family and friends.
I also want to acknowledge also how incredibly proud I am of my children. How they step up when it matters, without judgment and without question.
Love them beyond words 💕🙏🏻

I’m ready to begin moving out of survival mode. Something I’ve lived in for far too long, and into the life I can see and am actively creating.
One rooted in purpose, connection, service, kindness, and love.
Because in the end, it’s the simple things that matter most. 💕🌟

Here’s to growth, gentleness, and moving forward, one honest step at a time ✨
