To my beautiful Sydney clients.
A little life update from me.
I have made the decision to make a permanent move to the Northern Rivers. Goodbyes are really hard for me, so I’m finding it difficult to share this news.
I have loved holding space for you in my little sanctuary in Randwick. It has been a privilege to be part of your healing journey, to sit with your emotions, and to witness you come back to yourself. That you have trusted me with your hearts and your souls means everything. Thank you, truly.
I will be working all of May in Randwick. If you would like a session before I go, please reach out. I would love to see you and say a proper goodbye.
And this isn’t the end of our work together. Remote energy healing is something I offer and believe in deeply. Energy doesn’t need proximity. It moves through the field and finds you wherever you are. Distance doesn’t diminish what we can do together, and it never breaks the connection we’ve built.
So if you feel called to continue, I’m here. Over the distance, always.
This next chapter feels right. The Northern Rivers has been calling for a while and I’m ready to answer it. I’m so grateful to be carrying a little piece of each of you with me.

Fourteen posts. And we have only just scratched the surface.
What I hope you take from this series is not just information. I hope you take a deeper understanding of why you are the way you are. I hope you feel less alone in it. And I hope something has shifted in the way you see yourself, not as someone broken or behind or too much or not enough, but as someone whose nervous system learned exactly what it needed to learn to keep you safe. And who is now ready for something different.
Investing in your healing changes the quality of everything. The relationships you draw in. The decisions you make from a clear place. The way you move through hard times without losing yourself in them.
You came here for more than surviving. Your soul knows that. And I think part of you does too.

I want to share something personal here. Years ago I was led into a relationship that I believed with everything in me was meant to be. And in many ways it was. Just not in the way I thought.
That relationship brought me to my knees. It cracked me wide open. And in that breaking I discovered something I had never truly found before. Myself. My worth. My path.
I had abandoned myself so completely that something had to bring me to a full stop. I had missed the quieter nudges so many times before. This one made sure I couldn’t look away.
What I understand now is that my intuition wasn’t wrong. It was bringing us together not for a life shared, but for a reflection of everything I needed to heal. It pushed me onto the path I was always meant to be on. The path of healing, of awakening, of being of service to others walking through their own darkness.
If you are in the middle of something hard right now, something that doesn’t make sense yet, I want you to consider that your soul may have chosen this. Not to punish you. But to redirect you. To show you something you couldn’t have seen any other way.
Trust the path. Even when you can’t see where it leads. It’s really hard in the moment… It will one day reveal its reasons.

Healing is not a finish line. I want to be honest about that. There is no moment where you arrive and everything is resolved. The work continues, the layers keep revealing themselves, life keeps offering you opportunities to grow through contrast.
But something does shift. And it shifts in the most ordinary moments. The way you respond to something that would have floored you before. The way you can feel something difficult moving through you without it consuming you completely. The way you start to trust yourself again, quietly, without needing anyone else to confirm it.
That is what this work does. Not overnight. Not in one session. But layer by layer, over time, with patience and commitment to yourself.
You are worth that commitment. You always were.

There were times in my healing journey where I genuinely thought I was going backwards. That all the work I had done meant nothing. That I was broken in a way that couldn’t be reached. What I understand now is that those moments were actually the deepest breakthroughs in disguise. My nervous system had finally felt safe enough to show me what was underneath. And what was underneath needed to be seen.
I also want to say something I think is important. Not every practitioner, modality or healing space will be right for you. And when you are in a vulnerable state, it can be hard to trust your own instincts over someone else’s authority. Please trust your instincts. Your body will tell you what feels right and what doesn’t. Healing should feel like coming home to yourself, not like handing yourself over to someone else.
Take your time. Go at your own pace. Feel into what your body is asking for. And know that the moments that feel like setbacks are very often the moments the real work is beginning.

I was repeating the same patterns over and over. Low self worth, waiting for someone to save me, feeling inferior, giving my power away. I tried to understand it, talk about it, make sense of it. And while that gave me some context, nothing actually shifted. Because what was driving those patterns wasn’t living in my conscious thoughts. It was buried in much deeper layers, in beliefs and wounds that had been running quietly in the background my whole life.
That is when I understood that the subconscious was where the real work needed to happen.
The subconscious mind holds everything we were never able to fully feel or process. Every experience that was too big, too confusing, too unsafe to move through at the time. It stores it all, patiently, until the conditions are finally right to release it.
If you have ever left a session feeling lighter without being able to explain why, that is the subconscious releasing something it has been holding. You don’t always need to know what it was. Sometimes the body just needed to let it go.

Something I get asked is does this have to happen straight away after I feel triggered?
Ideally yes. The sooner you can discharge after an activation, the better. But the body is patient. It holds incomplete stress responses in a kind of suspended state, waiting for the moment it finally feels safe enough to finish them. Which means it is never too late.
Some of the deepest releases happen from cycles that were interrupted years ago.
Here is how to work with it intentionally. Find a quiet moment. Place your hand on your heart. Bring your awareness to where you feel the activation in your body, even just a faint echo of it. A tightness, a heaviness, a held place. Then set a gentle intention. I am here to complete what was activated. I am safe now. It is okay to let this move.
Then follow your body. If it wants to shake, shake. If it wants to move, move. If sound wants to come, let it come. You are not performing anything. You are simply letting the body finish what it started.
The signs it has completed are unmistakable. A deep breath that arrives on its own. Warmth. Softening. A sense of space where there was heaviness before.
Your body knows exactly what to do. It just needs your permission and your presence.

In sessions with practitioners, I have trembled, I have sobbed, I have felt energy move through my body, I have screamed. Every single time, what followed was a lightness, release, space.
I had finally created enough safety to let it move.
Most of us were never taught that this is what healing can look and feel like. We were taught to hold it together. To manage. To keep moving. And so when the body finally starts to complete something, it can feel frightening or overwhelming, like something is wrong.
Nothing is wrong. Something is finally right.
If you have ever felt something rise in you and immediately pushed it back down, I want you to know that the body was not being dramatic. It was asking for something it has needed for a long time. You don’t have to do it all at once. You just have to start letting it move.

The body was never meant to be indoors, overstimulated and disconnected from nature. The ocean, the earth, the open sky, these things regulate us in ways nothing else can. Even a few minutes outside with your feet on the ground and your face in the sun and fresh air sends a signal to your nervous system that it is safe to soften.
