I’m asked all the time how often someone should come in, and my answer always comes back to you. I want you to connect in with your intuition and learn to trust your own healing journey, because your body knows so much more than we give it credit for.

Sometimes it’s asking to go deeper, and sometimes it’s asking for space to integrate what has already moved. Both are part of the process, and both deserve to be honoured.

Sometimes your body needs to feel completely held before it will you go any deeper.

A lot of what we carry can’t be met with the conscious mind as it’s hidden within our subconscious and in our cellular memory. Your higher self and team show me what needs to be witnessed and integrated so that you no longer have to carry these energetic burdens.

I was hiding the true answer from you because i was scared of being seen as greedy or just selling to you. “How often should I come in for a session?”
I will never tell you when to come in, because i know how it feels like to be “forced” into a session. But i am going to be honest with you about the bigger picture.

Think about everything you have lived through in this life, then expand this awareness into 1000’s of lives, and down your ancestral line… This is a lot of emotional experience and your soul holds memory of it all! And unfortunately all the layers and unconnectedness with your current experience isn’t going to reveille itself in 1 session.

How quickly you process and move through this healing journey is dependant on a lot of factors, but I know, if you are ready to go deep, it will be a process.
A very rewarding process!

The layers we carry were chosen by our souls before we even arrived. The family we were born into, the experiences that shaped us, the beliefs we absorbed along the way. All of it agreed upon. All of it here to teach us something.

But at some point we can choose to learn the lessons and integrate the wisdom. The experiences no longer need to dictate our lives.

Energy healing works beneath the surface of what the mind can reach. Finding what has been stored, what has been inherited, what has been carried across lifetimes, and creating the space for it to finally complete and release.

What remains when all of that lifts is not someone new. It is someone remembered.

That is the KORR.
