What a beautiful few days.
My heart is so full.
Iām incredibly grateful for every experience, every laugh, every conversation, every hug, every little momentā¦ and every soul who helped make this birthday so special.

I am 35 today.
And I am grateful.
Grateful for every experience that has shaped me into the woman I am today.
Grateful for every dark moment.
Every challenge.
Every lesson.
I know itās easy to talk about gratitude once youāve made it through the storm.
Itās easy to speak about happiness when youāre already happy.
But Iām grateful for the darkness too.
Because it shaped me.
There were days when I had to sit alone with my own thoughts.
Days when everything felt heavy.
Days when it was hard to see the light.
Hard to see the truth.
Hard to be completely honest with myself.
But I stayed there.
I sat in that darkness for as long as I needed to, until I found what needed to be seen, understood, healed, and changed.
Looking back now, I realise those moments werenāt breaking me.
They were building me.
And for thatā¦
I am deeply grateful.
Iām grateful that I can hear the waves of the ocean.
That I can walk barefoot on this beautiful Earth.
That I can smell the earth as she breathes.
That I can witness nature in all her perfection.
Iāve loved her beauty for as long as I can remember.
Iām grateful that I can hear music.
That I can watch the sunrise.
That I can admire the moonā¦ because if you know me, you know how much I love the moon.
Iām grateful for every little, seemingly ordinary thing that brings me joy.
And oh boyā¦
There are so many of them.
Sometimes I feel like a little child.
And I love that about myself.
But above everything elseā¦
This is the first birthday where I can honestly sayā¦
Iām proud of myself.
Not because Iāve achieved everything.
Not because Iāve figured life out.
But because I know who I am.
I love who I am becoming.
And for the first time in my lifeā¦
I truly love myself.
I am 35.
And I couldnāt be more grateful. š¤
