A brow journey 4 years in the making… 🤎
This client first came to Flique for her initial microblading treatment in 2022. Four years later, she returned for only her second refresh since we began her brow journey.
And this is where experience and restraint matter.
Before this refresh treatment, her original shape was still beautifully intact. The fronts had faded more, while the body and tails had retained considerably more pigment, so they didn’t need the same amount of work.
Rather than simply going over the entire brow again, I focused fresh, fine hairstrokes where they were actually needed and kept intervention through the better-retained areas to a minimum.
Because with long-term microblading, knowing where not to add more pigment is just as important as knowing where to add it.
The goal isn’t to make the brows heavier with every refresh. It’s to maintain softness, preserve space between the hairstrokes and allow the brows to continue ageing naturally.
