🩸I had two periods in 5 years (winning run!) because I fell pregnant with Finn, but only had one period after he was born before I fell pregnant with Aria.  Is this normal? What hormonal changes do Mum’s experience when you get your period back post baby? I did some research and put it in a blog post along with my experiences (link in bio). My top tips to help manage a period include getting a subscription (I use pads because they are more eco friendly) so you’re always ready and be kind to yourself, allowing some flexibility in your schedule knowing you may not feel 100%.
