I recently got to create these Aplastic anemia bruises on Stephanie Panozzo
Aplastic anemia bruises are bright red/purple with pinpricks on the skin that look like dots. This is because the body can’t clot blood properly due to low platelet counts which causes tiny blood vessels right under the skin to leak fresh, oxygen rich blood
