Highly recommend watching the latest comedy with Sacha Baron Cohen starring fellow Oxbridge graduate Rosamund Pike as well as a host of other great British actors in this retake of the French comedy, Je ne suis pas un homme facile, which I had enjoyed. It shows how patriarchal our society is - that you are used to- and then how a misogynist like his character would feel if the society became matriarchal overnight. Hard to make people laugh all the time when parts of this are serious, no wonder a certain demographic gave it ‘bad reviews’. The matriarchal society was prejudiced, too. Relax and enjoy seeing this macho man experience having to ‘look pretty’ to be ‘taken seriously’ at work. It’s on Netflix and in cinemas in Australia now.
