At Jensen, delivering shared success for our clients, people and partners is at the core of what we do. We pride ourselves on developing a deep understanding of each of our clients’ unique needs. This insight enables us to develop and proactively implement a construction strategy that creates real business value. We understand that cost, program and quality considerations are the cornerstone of any successful project. With this as our focus, our passionate and tight-knit team of project managers, designers and tradesmen work collaboratively to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Finished Project // TSA Manly Corps

It was a privilege to be invited to the ribbon cutting ceremony and see this new space come to life for the community it was built to serve.

Another community centre delivered for The Salvation Army, an organisation full of incredible people we are proud to have worked with for over 8 years.

Meet the Team // Say Hi to Roy

Roy graduated from UTS with a Bachelor of Construction Project Management. He supports project success with a focus on contract administration, documentation control and cost reporting. With a strong eye for detail and an organised approach, he plays a key role in keeping projects running smoothly.

Before moving into construction, Roy spent several years as a musician and composer, a background that shaped his creativity, discipline and problem-solving mindset. Outside of work, he still enjoys playing guitar and pursuing his interest in photography.

What does it mean to be a Jensen Champion?

For us, it's not one thing — it's a mindset.

It's about thinking beyond your own part of the job to the bigger picture: the project outcome, and everyone and everything it takes to get there.

It's about getting stuck in, making things happen, and backing the people around you in the shared push to move the project forward.

It's about knowing your team's got your back, especially when things get tough.

It's about jumping between roles when the job calls for it. No task too big, no task too small.

We asked our team what being a Jensen Champion means to them. Their answers: Team. Mentorship. Growth. Working together to build something great.

Finished Project // Ellerston Capital

Ellerston Capital's continued growth called for more space to accommodate its expanding team — and an environment that matched the calibre of a firm trusted to grow and protect client wealth since 2002.

Celebrating the stunning Hyde Park views was a key feature in the design orientation, with careful consideration needed to mitigate the westerly heat load. The result is a welcoming space with soft, inviting curves — one that supports Ellerston's fund managers as they continue to deliver strong performance year after year.

Project Win // Complete Dermatology Bondi

We are proud to have been entrusted by Dr Anita Patel to design and build her new practice in Bondi Junction, a project that reflects our continued standing as a trusted partner within the medical fitout sector.

It has been a pleasure workshopping with Dr Patel to meet the clinic’s dermatological requirements as well as creating an elegant and welcoming space reflecting her ethos.

We bought the potential. Here’s how it turned out.

We helped secure this property with a vision for what it could become. Now, after a full renovation, we’re taking you through the process and the incredible end result.

That’s the Brady Marcs difference. We don’t just look at a property for what it is today, but what it could become. It’s about identifying the right opportunity, seeing the potential and helping our clients make a purchase that works for their bigger picture.

One Playground Zetland
Reception || Arrival Lobby

The Reception welcomes members into an immersive composition of materials, light and atmosphere that is unmistakably its own.

The deliberate use of metal, explored through a rich variety of forms, textures, finishes and levels of patina, gives physical expression to the project’s narrative — The Foundry.

As the material at the genesis of the concept, metal is curated and assembled in a series of distinct applications, each revealing itself differently as members move through the club. Some elements remain quiet and utilitarian, fulfilling pragmatic and functional requirements. Others harness light, shadow and reflection, creating moments of visual richness and intrigue.

Within this space, a stainless steel, sensor-operated bottle filling station becomes an unexpected architectural marker. Carefully aligned with the adjacent structural column, it establishes a subtle moment of balance and order within one of the gym’s busiest spaces.

A key node within the club, one that every member will experience.

Jensen Process // Stakeholders Meeting Minutes

Good communication doesn't happen by accident — it's a process. At Jensen Projects, weekly meetings are organised, documented, and actioned.

It's this discipline that keeps our projects moving forward, stakeholders engaged and all parties kept accountable.

These regular project touch points give clients the reassurance that every element of their project is being looked after.

Topping Out for Maccabi Tennis

Marking another major milestone at Maccabi Tennis, the multi-storey club house has topped out bringing us one huge step closer to opening the community redevelopment. The structure also included a large post tension podium slab which will act as two tennis courts suspended above the carpark.
