As many of you know, my baby girl is due in September, which means my maternity leave is fast approaching.

My final day of appointments at Bonita Beauty Bar will be Friday 31st July, with maternity leave officially beginning on 1st August 2026. 🍼✨

I plan to take some time to enjoy those precious early months with our little girl and, all going to plan, I’ll be looking to return to work in March 2027.

Over the coming weeks I’ll be wrapping up a very busy season in the salon and want to say a huge thank you to everyone who continues to support my small business. It means more than you know.

If you’d like to see me before I go on leave, I recommend booking sooner rather than later as availability is becoming limited.

Throwback to this absolute glow-up ✨

One of my favourite parts of this job is watching that moment it clicks… when someone sees what their face looks like with properly shaped, balanced brows 👏

This client came in wanting more definition, so we went with **ombre brows**.

Ombre brows are perfect if you love that soft, makeup-style finish. They’re lighter and more diffused at the front, gradually getting deeper through the mid and tail for that seamless, powdery blend. Think “always filled in” but still natural 🩷

They’re low maintenance, suit most skin types, and heal beautifully when looked after properly. Yes, the healing phase is real (a little scabbing + fading), but by around day 21 you’re left with soft, defined brows that frame your whole face.
