To ensure appointment times are managed fairly and remain available for everyone, I've introduced update to my booking policy.
• A $40 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied towards your treatment total.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows will result in the $40 deposit being forfeited.
