This page is to share our journey and knowledge of holistic healing including aromatherapy, essential oils, Reiki, nourishing recipes and exercise for fitness and sustained wellness. Tony and Lea have been on a natural healing journey for more than a decade incorporating nourishing food, exercise, essential oils, aromatherapy and Reiki into their daily lives. Lea a qualified Reiki practitioner for
several years and in the past year has introduced running and cycling into her daily routine. Tony is active in fitness and sports, playing many sports over 40 years. He has a Master of Health Science and is on a new journey with Reiki healing, essential oils and aromatherapy. Over the last few years the family has embraced a more healthy, spiritual, dietary and general fitness and wellbeing journey. “highlighted by the emotional and physical benefits our little family have seen by using essential oils daily" explains Tony. Lea and Tony started using essential oils about 20 years ago. As a qualified Horticulturalist, Tony was aware of the many different species of trees and plants with healing properties, however early on they mainly burnt oils diluted with water for aromatic use. Being quite ignorant of the many other application methods and different types of essential oils, as well as their therapeutic uses that are now available today.

Tony and Lea report “We currently use an oil diffuser to fill our home with aromatic single or blended oils. We use oils topically on our skin for a clearer, hydrated and more youthful looking skin, reduced pimple, blemishes and fine lines, insect bites and as a natural repellent. We use oils for muscle and joint pain relief, especially after training and sports, for emotional support, calming, relaxation, stress and anxiety relief and for greater quality of night’s sleep, as well as an immune booster, probiotics and gut health protector. We use oils in our cooking and baking and our favourite protein balls for enhanced flavours and just for plain better health and general wellbeing. We also use the oils as natural based cleaning products, which we find more cost effective and totally environmentally friendly.”
