About Moon + Cacao Sessions:
A moving meditation class with a cacao ceremony to open our hearts and focus on Letting Go with the Full Moon and Manifesting on the New Moon.
Blended with Reiki, Sound healing, Yin Yoga and optional extra connection through gentle massage, journaling and/or sharing.
These classes are held on Fridays at 6pm as close to the full or new moon as possible.
