🚨 A Reminder of Our Booking Policies 🚨
OUR POLICIES ARE NOT INTENDED AS A PUNISHMENT.
They are in place to protect our small business, our therapist’s time and the availability of appointments for all clients.
We kindly ask all clients to read and understand these policies when booking with us.
🌸 A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments - this can be paid for or using a voucher (it must cover 50% of the booking).
🌸 Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
🌸 Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
🌸 Expired gift vouchers cannot be redeemed, and we are unable to make exceptions once a voucher has passed its expiry date.
🌸 We ask that all interactions with our team remain respectful and courteous. Our staff are required to follow business policies and will not be subjected to abusive, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour when enforcing them.
