Foil Like a Boss is back on Monday 15th May

8:30am - A masterclass in foiling like nothing you’ve ever seen before:
✅ Weave technique so close to the roots

✅ Minimal handling of foils for fast even placement

✅ No colour bleeding.

This is the ‘Yoga’ of all foil techniques.

Whether you’ve been doing foils for years or have never placed a foil before, this course will equip you with an amazing technique that will only strengthen and improve with time, giving you confidence with any head of hair.

1:30 pm - Balayage like a Boss:
✅ Learn face frame and foilyage technique

✅ Enhance your new Foil like a Boss skills

✅ Learn when and how to root stretch

✅ Create beautiful blended balayage

Investment is $300 for both sessions, $200 for one session.
Own model required per session.

You may use a mannequin if you have one, however model is preferred, even for inexperienced students as one on one training will be given. Only 4 spots per class.
All products are provided
Light lunch will be provided
T&C: you must be a qualified hairdresser to attend or be employed as an apprentice in a salon or home salon.

Meet Kay
Our salon owner trainer and team leader
Kay has lived and worked here In WA for 7 years,
Kay was trained In Glasgow Scotland and has completed Vardering training with Toni and guy and Vidal Sassoon as a colour technician.
She worked with Top salon Berti Reilly’s Glasgow and regards that as the salon she was brought up in.

After migrating to WA Kay educated with Maurice Meade for 2 years In His private Academy, and was head stylist at Whitford city salon.
Kay then spent 3 years with Taylorweir where She became a qualified cert IV trainer and assessor and gained All Australian hairdressing certificates educating domestic and international students to the highest level.

During her time at Taylor Weir We opened ONE20 In The northern suburbs

A year later Kay went on The road teaching with Schwarzkopf
Hosting seminars for guest artists like Caterina Di Biase Simon Crawford And Dee Parker Atwood and educating In Salon for salons all over WA.

Kay is now available for private in Salon education
Her extensive training portfolio means she can work with any team of any size at any level with any colour range
Schwarzkopf, L’Oréal, Matrix,Goldwell, Indola & Wella are all ranges Kay has Personally worked with.

With the new training Package Australia wide apprentice in salon Portfolio work has never been more important Kay can spend the day with your apprentices with models and help get the required training done to the highest standard

Tint to natural Grey here is how it’s done
Mega fine foils almost back to back classic sections up to the part I customized my peroxide strength uses 12% with 2% 25g:10g added NN2 in my mix it’s an oil I love it!
In between the foils but not on the natural Grey Schwarzkoph E-1 with 2% Now I’m bending rules all the time but I know all of them and where I can bend!

Foils out and pre tone with Infuse my colour Graphite shampoo 10 min

Tone more vibrance 8-11 1.9% 20 min
Dry Re assess back over any yellow with E-1 2%

Finish with fibre clinix colour and repair
Protect with flat liner blow dry and iron
