Noa has naturally fine hair and was after more volume rather than a crazy amount of length.

Before she found me, she reached out to a few others and was told she needed 150g. She absolutely did not. 150g would have been WAY too much for her natural hair to comfortably handle.

This is why customising extension installs matters so much. It’s not just about adding hair, it’s about understanding your client’s natural density, what their hair can realistically support, and creating a result that still feels comfortable, seamless & healthy long term.

Yes, her hair is shorter… but it’s still fine density, which means she needs far less hair to achieve the outcome she actually wanted.

You know I'm your girl south of the river for natural, effortless extension blends, so yes, this one is a little out of the ordinary for me, but still so much fun and such a darling client.

In all honesty, even after all this time, I still feel a little on edge doing high-contrast installs (give me the shortest, most challenging cut, and I'm all over it); these kinds of installs are a whole other thing.

Life update: We bought a house, so the next month will be a little chaotic with moving and trying to fit your appointments in without too much madness. Please be patient with me while I try to figure it all out. From June (some time) we will be in a new location 6 minutes up the road and starting Reno’s 🫠.

There’s just something about bridal installs that gets me every time.

I installed 50g of K-tips for Lisa back in December, as it was her first time wearing them and we wanted to make sure she liked them and got comfortable wearing them before her special day.

We did one move up around 2 weeks before the wedding so everything felt fresh, but still had time to soften and settle… making it easier for her stylist to work with on the day.
