Bloom Fam, I've had to update my cancellation policy and also include adding a card to book appointments for the future.
I'm sorry, it sucks and I didn't want to make life more difficult for anyone but unfortunately due to no shows and late cancellations I just personally can't take the financial hits anymore.
I'd rather this than increase my overall service costs, as I truly am so appreciative of all my gorgeous clients who continue to support me and my little family.

It doesn't have to be that way!
We can start soft and experiment with different tints/dyes/hennas to create brows you love!
While more gentle colours might have you coming back more regularly as they fade quicker, it's better that than hating what you see in the mirror!
Communication is key and it's so helpful to explain what you do and don't like so we can achieve the colour and shape that you are happy with.
And yes, everyone goes red after waxing, don't let photoshop or filters tell you otherwise 😉
