✨ A little reminder about appointments ✨
I've had a significant increase in no-shows over the last couple of weeks and, with waitlists in place, it's incredibly frustrating.
When appointments are missed without notice, not only does someone else miss out on that booking opportunity, but it's also lost income for my small business.
If you no longer require the full service you've booked for, please let me know prior to your appointment so I can adjust your booking time accordingly and potentially offer the extra time to someone on the waitlist.
These are tough times for small businesses, and every appointment matters.
