As everyone will have seen, from the 5th of December (today) we are required to maintain a mandatory contact register to support COVID-19 contact tracing.

Please read the following to understand what is expected from you.

✅ Anyone 16 years or over will be required to register using the SafeWA app or manually write down your details at the counter every time you enter the shop.

We ask everyone to do one of the following...

✅ Download the SafeWA app for Android or iPhone and scan at the front using the QR Code to register entering the shop. There will be QR codes as you walk in the door.

🙏 Preferred option to ensure quick entry for all🙏

✅ manually fill in your details at the counter.
This will include your Name and Contact Number. This information is kept for 28 days so as to comply with government requirements.

Please remember, we are always ensuring we do our best to keep everyone safe and we ask that you comply with our new requirements so we can continue to do so.
