Nutrition, body weight, health and beauty are very closely related. And despite this, how frivolous we are about maintaining freshness, appropriate body weight and health!

At the same time, statistical data indicate a high mortality rate from diseases caused by an improper daily regimen, overeating, a lack of active stay in the fresh air and overstrain of the nervous system, which is now commonly called stress.

In this regard, first of all, we women should think about the question of what kind of family rational measures help to improve the health of all family members, including ourselves. After all, first of all, the proper nutrition of the whole family depends on us, women, and the preparation of food in accordance with modern principles of rational nutrition. We women must remember that it depends on us how our family will spend their free time, which must be used as best as possible to promote health and meet the interests of all family members. Well, their own and their children - for sure!

If we find time for entertainment, sports and swimming with our children, if we find time for Sunday walks and excursions, it will be of great benefit to us and our loved ones.

What are the principles of good nutrition?
Let's start with bread. Previously, it was customary to eat black bread with all dishes, but now it is microscopic, and not always black, but most often white bread with a rich side dish. Thus, we deprive ourselves of a large amount of vitamin B. But what about fats? We will not list the incredible variety of fatty foods consumed; their consumption should be limited. Use vegetable, not animal fats for cooking. Compliance with these rules will help us prevent the development of obesity and, most importantly, protect against arteriosclerosis, the main cause of myocardial infarction. And sugar should also be handled more economically. Even a child knows that sugar spoils teeth. But very few people know that the body uses vitamins B1 and B2 to digest sugars. Well, as a consequence, along with obesity, diseases caused by a lack of these vitamins can easily arise.

Under normal conditions, the human body provides itself with the necessary amount of vitamins contained in food or produces them itself, like a pharmaceutical factory, again from incoming products. Necessary substances and vitamins cannot be replaced with ready-made tablets and potions (unless the doctor prescribes them when the plant breaks down). And you need to know that their excess is as bad for health as their lack.

Traditionally, all vitamins are divided into two groups: fat-soluble and water-soluble. We will not list them, but the name of the group indicates in what form and with what it is better to eat them, so that they are assimilated.

For the life of our body, not only vitamins are important, but also minerals; calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, potassium, chlorine, sulfur, iron, iodine, fluorine. Copper, manganese, zinc and other trace elements are trigger factors, or at least elements that enhance the effectiveness of other important substances, such as vitamins, amino acids, and salts. These elements are found in seawater, sea fish and shellfish meat, and seaweed plants.

It is mineral substances and macro and microelements that are involved in the metabolism, and having fulfilled their function in metabolic processes, they are excreted from the body. Their level must be replenished with food. Therefore, when you go on a diet, think about which of the processes you are stopping.

Speaking about the substances necessary for our body, one cannot but say about those substances that are harmful to our health, and therefore to how we look. This applies primarily to caffeine, ni****ne and alcohol. The harm caused by these substances is incommensurate with the seeming pleasures.

Let's list the main external signs:

cold, reddened hands and feet
constantly red nose with a transition to cyanosis,
unhealthy complexion, the appearance of red spots,
cracked blood vessels on the cheeks and under the eyes,
various forms of eczema,
early appearance of wrinkles, and hence early biological aging,
yellow teeth and fingers
smell from the mouth,
dry and yellowish skin,
bags under the eyes and swelling
the appearance of brown spots, first on the cheeks, and then on the entire face.
This is only a small part of the external signs. Internal diseases do not even presume to list. Are you willing to pay that price?
