We are looking for two individuals
1️⃣ Someone who wants to do light administrative work

First off, Cupping It Out needs someone who wants to do light administrative work.

This is btw what you get in return.

Your weekly flow would look as followed:
➡️At the beginning of the week you check the fresha account and note the days in a excel sheet that the clients have booked, sometimes you send the client a confirmation message - but that you coordinate together withe me, Gyonne.
➡️ What you also coordinate weekly with me, Gyonne, is to send the days of the sessions booked to the office manager of the studio. This as well, you do together with me. This will occur once a week and in slow months, twice a month.
➡️ You make sure on a monthly basis the hours in the excel match the ones in Fresha
➡️ Sometimes you book or adjust new or existing sessions in Fresha

All of the tasks can be online as well!

Cupping It Out is also looking for someone who likes to brainstorm 🧠 and plan 🗓️ content together with me, Gyonne.

➡️ There are a lot of existing ideas that needs to just be planned
➡️ A lot of content is already available to tweak and plan
➡️ It’s a plus if you can think strategically or in a storytelling way about what we are telling
