Girl, summer is around the corner, and I’m about to help you get the BEST out of your bundles so listen up

STEP 1: Detangle with WATER ONLY
Please stop detangling curly hair with heavy product. Water is enough. Always detangle from the ends working your way up to the roots, never roots to ends

STEP 2: Don’t overload your hair with product
Curly bundles do NOT need a ton of product. Use a SMALL amount only. Focus the product mainly on the ENDS of the hair because that’s the part that will get dry easily, then use whatever is left on your hands to lightly distribute through the rest of the hair.

STEP 3: Foam (optional)
Foam helps define curls, a little goes a LONG way.

STEP 4: Define those curls
Use a Denman brush to define the curls.

My favorite technique:
• Brush through once
• When you get to the ends, flick your wrist upward

That little flick creates that juicy coil effect 😍

STEP 5: Scrunch the hair
Use a towel and gently scrunch upward.

STEP 6: Let it dry properly
Air drying is my personal favorite but you can use a diffuser

Once the hair starts drying… STOP TOUCHING IT.

If you know you’re going out, do your hair early enough to let it fully dry and set beforehand.
